Ordering Policy
We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. Once you have placed your order online or with an associate over the phone, you will be subject to a restocking fee if that order is to be canceled at any time. Before confirming your order online or over the phone with an associate, please ensure everything is correct as you want to avoid future charges.
By placing an order online or speaking with an associate you agree to pay any fees should you cancel or change your order. We apologise for having to implement these changes, but it’s necessary in order to maintain our strict levels of service and maintain our brand and keep our prices low for our customers. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may require additional information before accepting any order.
Purchasing a Firearm or Ammunition Online
In accordance with South African law, we cannot sell any firearms online. However, ammunition can be sold, provided a trusted courier partner is used. Bear in mind, however, that due to the nature of the products, courier fees are dramatically inflated by the couriers to ensure the strictest safety measures are in place.
Methods Of Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards and instant EFT, facilitated through the PayFast online payment portal.
Shipping
We ship all across South Africa, at a flat rate of R150. This rate will be subject to change based on courier fees. For ammunition sales, a flat rate of R950 applies. Only RAM COURIERS are authorized to transport ammunition due to regulation and safety concerns.
Returns
Returns can only be accepted within 10 days of the original invoice date. Items must be in original packaging including all accessories and paperwork along with a receipt for proof of purchase. Shortages or missing products need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of the item. Original shipping and handling fees – if applicable – are not refundable. Special Order items are non-refundable.
All electronic devices, hearing protectors, lasers, rangefinders, lights, and any other electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please get in touch directly in the event of any faulty or damaged goods.
