Returns Policy

Incorrect Items

If the merchandise is not what you ordered, we will replace it or give you a full refund if returned within 10 days of receipt (for online orders: 10 days from the day the package was delivered). Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. We cannot replace products that have been used – unless they are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which you will then send directly to the manufacturer for replacement.

  • Shortages or missing products need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of the item.
  • Goods are only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Refused shipments are subject to return freight charges.
  • Special Order Items may not be returned.
  • Canceled warehouse item orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
  • Electronic Devices, Hearing Protectors, Lasers, Rangefinders, Lights, and other electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds or returns are accepted on these types of items. Please consult your owner’s manual for warranty information, or contact us for instructions.

If you are not satisfied with your Accessory Product (other than exceptions such as electronic devices, optics, etc.), you may return it within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Items must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels and papers intact. Contact us by phone or email to return a product.
